2 DAYS 1 NIGHT CRUISE PROGRAM

DAY 1: HON GAI HARBOUR – BAI TU LONG BAY – CONG DO – CAP LA ISLAND (L/D)

07.45 – 8:30: The Swan shutter bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi and head to the northeast of Vietnam. In the middle of the way, we have a quick stop to stretch your leg and refresh then continue our way to Halong Bay.

12.30: Arrive at Swan office in Ha Long, have a bit of time to relax, and then you will transfer to Swan Cruises by tender.

12.45: Enjoy welcome drink, be briefed about safety on boat and activities included then check in your cabin.

13.30: Have lunch while leisurely cruising to the core of Bai Tu Long Bay.

15.30: Arrive at Cap La Island – the beautiful area in Bai Tu Long bay. Enjoy kayaking through the karsts and breathtaking nature, and relaxing (According to Halong Bay Board Management, all cruises in Halong Bay are not allowed to organize swimming activities)

17.30: Get back to the boat and enjoy a Sunset party while our cruise is sailing to the overnight anchorage – Cong Do.

19.00: Have dinner in the dining room onboard.

20.30: Free time for joining Games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing.

DAY 2: TRA SAN – THIEN CANH SON CAVE – HON GAI HARBOR (B/L)

06.30: Start your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck. Enjoy the early morning landscape of the bay.

07.00: Have breakfast on board (tea and coffee are free)

08.00: Explore Thien Canh Son cave. Our tour guide will explain the history of Ha Long Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay, and this Cave, made by Mother Nature

09.45: Finish packing and check out your cabin. Prepare to join in our traditional cooking demonstration. Please remove all of your belongings from your cabin, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabin (our staff will support your transfer directly to the pier).

10.30: Attend a Vietnamese cooking demonstration.

11.00: Enjoy lunch while our cruise is returning Hon Gai harbor.

12.00: Back to the harbor and disembark in Hon Gai pier.

12.30: Farewell Halong Bay then our bus will take you back to Hanoi.

DAY 2: DISCOVER THE LIFE OF LOCAL PEOPLE – VUNG VIENG VILLAGE OR BAI TU LONG BAY NATIONAL PARK (B/L/D)

6.30: New day with doing Tai Chi on the sundeck and enjoying the morning landscape of the bay

7.00: Have breakfast in the open air. Coffee and tea is served fee

08.30: Transfer to the Day Boat and start cruising to contemplate the stunning beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay.

Attention: Because of the weather condition and tide level, the itinerary can be changed flexibly. The itinerary will follow 1 of 2 options as below. Our tour guide will inform you of the exact itinerary when you are on tour.

OPTION 1:

09.30: Start cruising to Cong Dam while discovering the geological values of Bai Tu Long Bay.

09:45- 11:30: Reach to Hon Co Island for swimming or relaxing.

12.00 – 13.30: Have a BBQ lunch on Beach (Depending on the availability and weather condition).

14.00: Enjoy kayaking through the hidden lagoons and geological park in Cong Dam.

16.30: Return to the main boat and join in Sunset Time (enjoy tea and fresh fruits). This time is regarded as “Happy Hour” – “buy two get one free” while our cruise is sailing to the overnight anchorage.

19.00: Dinner will be served in the dining room.

20.30: Free time for joining Games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing. If you want to sing karaoke, please inform our tour guide to be supported

OPTION 2:

09.30: A day of fun and relaxation with more kayaking to discover Bai Tu Long Bay. You also have a great chance to go fishing with the local fisherman.

11.45: Back to the boat for a delicious hot lunch at noontime while the cruise is moving to Vung Vieng floating fishing village.

14.00: You are on a rowing boat to explore Vung Vieng village and learn how pearls are grown.

16.30: Return to the main boat and enjoy sunset time with tea and fresh fruit. This time is regarded as “Happy Hour” – “buy two get one” while our cruise is sailing to the overnight anchorage. In addition, the cooking demonstration is also organized by our guide at this time. You have a chance to make Vietnamese cuisine by yourself.

19.00: Dinner will be served in the dining room

20.30: Free time for joining Games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing. If you want to sing karaoke, please inform our tour guide to be supported.

• Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $50 per person applies if guests stay overnight on December 24th and/or December 31st.

Cancellation and Refund:

• More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
• From 30 to 7 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
• From 6 to 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates.
• Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates.
• Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.

• Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels, and operating conditions. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be canceled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund.
• Meals onboard are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood & international. Guests should provide us with any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements at least 3 days prior to the departure date.
• Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number, and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
• Elderly people, people with a physical health problem,s or kids who cannot use kayaking and need to use a bamboo boat are free of charge.
