A glass-bottomed bridge named Bach Long (White Dragon) was recently inaugurated in Moc Chau and it has immediately become a new tourist attraction. Located in Son La province, at a distance of 200 kilometers from Hanoi, Moc Chau Plateau is 1,050 meters above the sea level, with an area of about 80 kilometers in length and 25 kilometers in width. The plateau is one of the most famous destinations of the northwest region for tourists owing to its cool climate almost all year round.

Moc Chau Plateau is famous for a large herd of milk cows, immense tea hills, big gardens of plum and apricot – tree, and large pastures of about 1,600 hectares. Climate is a special tourism resource of this place. Usually, the medium temperature is just 200C, with cool summer and dry winter.
Bach Long Glass Bridge (White Dragon) is the latest tourist attraction in a highlands town well known for its undulating green tea hills and ethnic minority villages. At the foot of the bridge is Muong Mooc Cave, also known as Chim Than Cave, with natural stalactites and stone sculptures that reflect the daily lives of the ancient Thai ethnic minority group.
