Cuc Phuong National Park is located 100km south of Hanoi in Ninh Binh province. The national park is conveniently located on the route to several tourist attractions, including Bich Dong Pagoda, Hoa Lu ancient capital, Trang An, Van Long Nature Reserve and Tam Coc.
Cuc Phuong is the first national park of Vietnam and also the largest nature reserve of the country which is one of the most important sites for biodiversity in Vietnam. This national park is always an attractive place for tourists who love the beauty of nature.

DETAILED TOUR ITINERARY
HANOI DAY TOUR CUC PHUONG NATIONAL PARK
7.30 – 08.00 AM – Guide and car pick up at your hotel in Hanoi city and transfer to Ninh Binh, star for Hanoi Day Tour Cuc Phuong National Park. On the way, group will have short break 10 minutes to stretch the legs. Arrive at Ninh Binh, then tour guide will take you to Cuc Phuong National Park through beautiful countryside roads.
11:30 Arrive at Cuc Phuong National Park, you will have a chance to visit Endangered Primate Rescue center (about 30 minutes), visit Turtle Conservation Program ( about 45 minutes), and visit the botanical garden.
12:30 You will have lunch in a restaurant at the park.
After lunch, take 20 minutes drive to the center of the park, about 20 kilometers through primary forest.
En-route, we visit Cave of prehistoric man. Archaeologists found 3 ancient tombs lying deeply under the ground 0.40 meter and 1.4 meter of the cave and they asserted that primitive men lived here in Ninh Binh far from us today about 7000 to 12.500 years.
We will have a wonderful trek to “1000 Years Old Tree” and to the “ Ancient Tree”. The 7km walk up and down hills from the center area to the 1000-year-old tree was well worth it. The tree itself is pretty impressive but it is the getting there that is the real joy.
