DAY 1: HANOI AIRPORT PICK UP – FOOD TOUR – TRAIN STREET – NIGHT AT HANOI
Pick up at Noi Bai Airport on your arrival for 40 minutes drive to your hotel at Hanoi city center.

Following by Guided Walking Street Food Tour (4 hours, 4 km walk – For those who can’t walk, bus can be arranged with extra cost) – Take easy walk through charming Ha Noi’s Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake known as the Heart Of Hanoi.
Visit one of city last remaining Local market where a huge array of produce is sold. In the morning the market is abuzz with shoppers buying what they need for the day’s meals.
Start the food tour at one of the inner city’s finest local “Pho”, Vietnam’s national dish. Large choices of “Pho Bo” (beef noodle soup) and “Pho Ga” (chicken noodle soup) and Banh Cuon (Rolled rice pancake) at a local eatery. Watch in awe as the skilled chefs demonstrate for you how this tasty dish is put together.
Can’t be missed with Bun Cha (Gilled Pork and noodle) – It is basically a cold noodle soup with pork. You’ll be served by a plate of rice noodles, fresh herbs, and a bowl of cold broth with grilled pork.

DAY 2: HANOI – MAI CHAU VALLEY – NIGHT AT MAI CHAU
Mai Chau is a rural district of Hoa Binh province in the northwestern region of Vietnam. The district is located at about 150 km from Ha Noi. Mai Chau is home to White Thai people, who live in stilt houses and are made of bamboo and timber and make living by farming rice, corn, and animals. Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch and a leisurely walking or cycling around Mai Chau’s beautiful countryside.
8.00 AM Pick up from your hotel in center Hanoi and head west towards Hoa Binh.
1030 AM: Make a stop at the top of the Thung Khe Pass, observe the Muong people selling their homemade products to travelers to make living better. You can also take great photos of the spectacular view of Mai Chau Valley.
11.30 AM: Arrive in Mai Chau and have lunch at a local family.
After lunch you will follow our guide for leisurely walking/biking to explore Mai Chau beautiful ethnic villages including Na Thia, Pom Coong, Lac and Chieng Chau villages. After breakfast depart for the 4 hours drive to Ninh Binh, along with the way please be sure you have your camera ready for when you reach the top of the Mai Chau Valley itself, the views are super.
Ninh Binh region is one of the most beautiful parts of Vietnam with its dramatic scenery and historical temples. The rice fields here become other – worldly and the mountains have earned the area the nickname “Dry Ha Long Bay or Ha Long Bay On Land”, a moniker borne out by the limestone karsts which dominate the landscape.
Have lunch in Tam Coc
After lunch we will take 2hour-boat trip to visit Tam Coc (you will sit on a sampan boat with local rower). Known as “Halong Bay on land”, Tam Coc are three limestone caves stretching along Ngo Dong river.
Continue with short bicycle ride in Tam Coc area to discover the life of local ,this is a best area for bikers who like to experience new lands with peaceful scenery, ride to Bich Dong pagoda nearby and climb up the mountain to have a wonderful perspective view.
Take a bide ride / or short drive to visit Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Walk up almost 500 steps, you can reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain & have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here

DAY 4: NINH BINH – HALONG BAY VISIT – NIGHT AT HALONG CITY
After breakfast at the hotel, your guide and driver will pick you up around 8.00 am and transfer to Ha Long Bay, this four hours drive will take you through the Red River Delta, with lots of countryside on the way so you can see and smell rural life in Vietnam.
Plenty of chance to take photos of Vietnamese farmers, working with water buffalo and cows on the vast green paddy field. At half way, we will have a visit to a handicraft workshop with fine clothes and embroidered paintings.
11.30 – 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau / Sun World Pier, get on the boat (Shared Boat) to start the excursion discovering the beauty of the world heritage site.
12.30: Enjoy lunch on the boat with many special dishes of Halong. While having lunch, you all can see the beautiful scenery on both sides with thousands of limestone such as Fighting Chicken and Incense Buner Islets – 2 symbols of Halong Bay
14.00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island, and you will visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave with a lot of stalagmites and stalactites.
14.45: Do kayaking or bamboo boat through Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon.
15.15: Visit Ti Top Island with its sandy beach. You can go swimming here or trek up to the top of the island for sightseeing all of Halong bay.
16.00: Back to the boat for relaxing and enjoying the view of sunset while the boat is cruising back to the harbor.
17.45: Arrive back at the harbor. Get picked up and transfer to your hotel for check in
