Sapa: Sapa is a small town of Northern Vietnam Province of Lao Cai. it is about 280km away from Hanoi. Nowadays, you can reach Sapa easily by train or by car, it takes about 8 hours by train and about 6 hours by car. Sapa is well known as a famous tourist attraction in North Vietnam. Sapa attracts tourist by its majestic mountains and colorful ethnic minorities including Black Hmong, Red Dao, Day, Tay and Xa Pho.
Bac Ha is located in North East of Lao Cai Province with an elevation of about 1.000m above sea level, Bac Ha has many beautiful natural landscapes and historical sites. Together with beautiful landscapes gifted by nature such as stunning mountains, rivers, and caves, unique local culture. Bac Ha is home to 10 ethnic group minorities that live around Bac Ha, including Flower H’mong, Dzao, Giay (Nhang), Han (Hoa), Xa Fang, La Chi, Nung, Phu La, Thai and Thu Lao and Viet (Kinh) people.

You will arrive Lao Cai Train Station at around 6.00 AM, take a short walk to a nearby local restaurant for refreshment and breakfast. From here is just about 2 kilometers to China border gate.
After breakfast, we drive to the local market. Depend on your travel date we will visit the different market. Coc Ly on Tuesday, Sin Cheng or Cao Son on Wednesday; Lung Khau Nhin on Thursday; Can Cau on Saturday and Bac Ha or Muong Hum on Sunday.
The hill tribe market is usually opened early in the morning and breaking up at noon enthuse you should go there as soon as possible to the best of the market.
After visiting the market we will drive to Sapa. From the market, you will get back Lao Cai City before taking one hour drive uphill to get to Sapa. On the way, you will feel the change of scenery and weather as well because of the change of elevation. Make several stops on the way for great photos.

Having breakfast at the hotel, then head down Muong Hoa Valley. You will follow the big road for the first 30 minutes, then off the road trek through rice paddy terraces.
Once reaching the narrow river running on the bottom of the valley, you will walk along its bank for a while and eventually arrive at the Black H’mong minority village of Y Linh Ho. You will get a first-hand look into their lives and traditions, hear stories, and enjoy a great social interaction.
Take a rest and then head to the Muong Hoa Valley. You will pass through Lao Chai Village of Black H’mong minority and Ta Van Village of Zay minority by following more rice terraces with spectacular mountain scenery. Your guide will make picnic lunch for you today or take simple lunch in a small local restaurant.
After lunch continues your trek through rice paddies and bamboo forest, reach to a beautiful waterfall at Giang Ta Chai, visit some local Red Dao families then trek to the main road where car drive you back Sapa.

Today your tour guide will take you to visit villages of Cat Cat and Sin Chai, these villages are very close to Sapa and home to Black Hmong people. The Black Hmong’s village is famous for its brocade weaving craft as well as its gold and silver jewelry making.
The walk to Cat Cat Village and its nearby hills provide an opportunity to see farms and techniques used by the people in the area.
Enjoy magnificent waterfall and unique indigenous music and dance performed by locals. Continue your trek to Sin Chai where our car is waiting for you to get back to the town. Spend a couple of hours to relax in Sapa Town before transferring to Lao Cai, where you will take a night train back to Hanoi.
