Our 1st stop will be tasting ‘Banh Xeo” – The Central, and South’s rice pancake with a lot of fresh Vietnamese vegetables.
Stroll along a street known for its barbecue street vendors and head to a local-favorite restaurant to taste the best “bo la lot” (beef in wild betel leaves) . Next up on your food adventure is Banh Mi – Saigon Baguette. You will experience the perfect fusion of 4 delicious flavors just after the first bite.
Walk into the heart of district 3 and discover the old apartments ( Nguyen Thien Thuat ). Go to the best culinary hidden gem: Chuoi Nuong – Grilled Banana with coconut milk: a bit sweet and salty of of tropical fruits and coconut milk sauce. Climb up to the buildings and see the contrasting architecture between the modern and the traditional.

DAY 2: HO CHI MINH CITY AND CU CHI TUNNELS TOUR – NIGHT AT HO CHI MINH

08.00 Pick up at your hotel. You will have a chance to discover that the daily life takes place on the streets, which are lined with shops, stalls and vendors with their wares spread out on the footpath and the bustling Ben Thanh Market – a fantastic place for practice bargaining skills.
Next, we continue to visit the War Remnants Museum, which has a wealth of images from the wars, and is dedicated to Vietnamese and foreign journalists and photographers who perished during the French and American conflicts.
Take yourself back to war period with vivid illustrations such as The Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral. The next place is Central Post Office, another fine example of French architecture and Vietnam’s largest post office.

After lunch take 1.5 hours drive to Cu Chi Tunnels – It is an impressive network of tunnels with a length of over 250 km. This strategic place was used by 15,000 Viet Cong fighters during the war. DAY 3: CAN GIO BIOSPHERE – MONKEY ISLAND – NIGHT AT HO CHI MINH

At 7:45 AM depart for Can Gio in your air-conditioned van to ensure a comfortable 37-mile (60-km) drive out of Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival, make your first stop at “Money United” for the opportunity to see and play with the multitude of long-tailed monkeys. Then, head to crocodile farm to get up close to these prehistoric creatures.
As you continue to wander through the Mangrove Forest, keep your eye out of other wildlife among the lush greenery and calm water. Next, hop on board your speed boat for an exhilarating ride through the jungle. As you speed through the waterways, appreciate the untouched scenery of Can Gio National Park. Following your boat ride, visit the Vietnam War Base while tuning into your expert guide’s historical insights.
At midday, stop at a popular lunch destination among locals, to savor an authentic Vietnamese meal and listen to Southern folk music. DAY 4: HCM – MY THO – BEN TRE – CAN THO – NIGHT AT CAN THO

07:30 – 8:00 AM – Pick up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city and start the trip to My Tho. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19th century. Then boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.
Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking in the village paths to contemplate orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, and Vietnamese folk music performed by the local people.
Visit the fruit plantation.
Be rowed in a small sampan through the Thoi Son canal and treat yourself to the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business & bee-keeping farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop.

Morning: Take a leisure boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River (Bassac River) then visit to Cai Rang floating market which is the liveliest one in the whole of region.
Together with Cai Be and Phung Hiep, Cai Rang Floating Market in Can Tho City, Vietnam is one of the three biggest floating markets in the Mekong Delta. The shops and stalls at the market are boats of different sizes.
Once visiting Cai Rang floating market located in Can Tho province, you will be amazed by how crowded and lively this market is. During the early morning market hours, larger sized boats anchor and create lanes that smaller boats weave in and out of.
Walking trip to visit the fruit plantation and local noodle factory. Visit Binh Thuy communal house and Munir Ansay Pagoda – a Khmer pagoda, renowned for its unique structure.
