DAY 1

DAY 1: HCM AIRPORT PICK UP – CU CHI TUNNELS – NIGHT AT HO CHI MINH

Pick up at Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh) on your arrival for 30 minutes drive to your hotel at city center.

Take 1.5 hours drive to Cu Chi Tunnels – It is an impressive network of tunnels with a length of over 250 km. This strategic place was used by 15,000 Viet Cong fighters during the war.

This main axis system has many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and entrances to other tunnels. The tunnels are between 0.5 to 1 m wide, just enough space for a person to walk along by bending or dragging. However, parts of the tunnels have been modified to accommodate visitors.

DAY 2

DAY 2: MY THO – BEN TRE – MEKONG DELTA – NIGHT AT HO CHI MINH

Breakfast at hotel.

7:30 – 8:00 am: You will be picked-up from your Hotel/Airbnb in the city center to the Mekong Delta, Ben Tre City. Along the freeway, you will have chance to see the beautiful Rice Paddy Fields.

10:30am: We will take the boat ride on Ba Lai river in Ben Tre. The mother land of coconut to understand how the locals not just only having coconut for juice, but for other manufacturing, coconut candy and coconut oil.

11:00 am: Cruising to discover the local culture of the South and to see how the locals live their life such as lively activities on waterway by cargo boats, fishing boats, kinds of fish traps and handicraft factories of coconut process.

11:30 am: Continue the journey to visit coconut charcoal ovens – make products from coconut shell as active charcoal (a kind of material for battery).

12:30 pm: Taking the rowing boat which is paddled by the local people on the amazing beautiful coconut canal in Ben Tre. Hop on tuktuk (cycling is optional) through coconut grove of the village to see how the locals making sleeping mat.

1:30 pm: We will have a set menu delicious Southern local lunch on the riverside family restaurant. After lunch you might relax and keep going by rowing boat on shady palm tree canal.

-2:30pm | Boat will ride back to the boat station and head back to Saigon.

DAY 3: VUNG TAU BEACH DAY TOUR – NIGHT AT HO CHI MINH

Vung Tau City is the widely known as the extraordinarily attractive destinations for beach vacations in Vietnam and the most popular destination for weekends from Ho Chi Minh.

Along the 20km coastline It has many beautiful beaches such as Truoc (Front), Sau (Back), Vong Nguyet, Dua (Pineapple), etc. All are ideal for sunbathing, swimming and leisure. Situated in Vung Tau Peninsula, Vung Tau City is one of a few places on the mainland where can admire sunrise and sunset on the sea beautifully.

In addition, Vung Tau city also has many unique relics such as Vung Tau Lighthouse, Jesus Statue, Niet Ban Tinh Xa Pagoda, Thich Ca Phat Dai Pagoda, Long Son Large House, etc.

07:30 am pick you up from hotel depart for Vung Tau. 9:00 am on arrival Vung Tau and leisure time at Thuy Van beach (Back beach) – one of the nicest beaches in Vietnam with the shore runs for almost 10km, full with fine sands and white waves.

Authentic Vietnamese lunch is served at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, visit the Jesus Christ Statue, Thang Tam Temple (Whale Temple), Bach Dinh (a.k.a. Villa Blanche in French or White Palace in English), Cape Nghinh Phong. Taking a short break. Back to Ho Chi Minh City around 18:00pm.

DAY 4: HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR – DEPARTURE

08.00 Pick up at your hotel. You will have a chance to discover that the daily life takes place on the streets, which are lined with shops, stalls and vendors with their wares spread out on the footpath and the bustling Ben Thanh Market – a fantastic place for practice bargaining skills.

Next, we continue to visit the War Remnants Museum, which has a wealth of images from the wars, and is dedicated to Vietnamese and foreign journalists and photographers who perished during the French and American conflicts.

Take yourself back to war period with vivid illustrations such as The Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral. The next place is Central Post Office, another fine example of French architecture and Vietnam’s largest post office.
